Background: Allergic bronchopulmonary mycosis (ABPM) is a clinical syndrome associated with immune sensitivity to various fungi. Aspergillus spp. predominates in colonizing the airways of asthmatics. Early and accurate identification fungus such cases can prevent worsening asthma. Also, help retarding progression ABPM. Objectives this study were evaluate different fungal allergens clinically diagnosed Asthma patients by Skin Prick testing (SPT), total IgE asthmatic serological characterize isolate SPT+ conventional mycological culture. Methods: A prospective known asthma was done. Their tested SPT. The levels measured ELISA. Sputum collected from subjected for identification. Results: Out 175 patients, 25 (14.2%) showed positive reaction against antigens which growth seen 21 (84%) sputum specimens. fumigatus isolated 16 (76%) specimens followed Candida albicans 3 (14%) Penicillium spp 2 (9.5%) cases. asthmatics, had >600 IU/ml 4 negative culture 400-500 IU/ml.
